What payments do you accept?
PayPal, debit cards, credit cards, Apple Pay and google pay.
Do I have to have a PayPal account to purchase a product?
No. Payments can also be done using the debit or credit card option.

Do you ship internationally?
We only ship within the USA. We ship our dividers to Canada using eBay. This is the link to one of our dividers available. Ebay divider link goo.gl/63jCMP
Plants
Please check if the plants you are ordering are legal in your state. We do not ship plants, snails or shrimp to Hawaii. We do not accept returns on live plants, snails or shrimp all sales are final. In the unfortunate event the plants arrive dead a refund for the plants minus our shipping cost will be issued once a clear picture of them in the unopened bag within 2 hours of delivery has been received.
We do not issue refunds on live plants once they have gone into your tank. Please make sure you have the correct tank conditions for the plants you are planning on buying.
When do you ship snails.
We ship on Monday and Tuesday only. This helps to prevent them sitting at the post office over the weekend. If you order when there is a shipping holiday the order will be held until the following week. The animals well being is our primary concern.
Live Arrival of Snails.
Mailing can sometimes be unpredictable we will always stand by our promise to provide the best service possible. Please remember snails can take a while to wake up after shipping. We will require clear pictures of the snail out of its shell within 2 hours of delivery. If you are unsure if the snail is dead, smell it. Dead snails have a very strong foul smell. A refund will be given for each snail minus the cost of shipping. Unfortunately we cannot send replacement snails. Please ensure if you order snails you will be home to receive them. If a heat or cold pack is needed we will add that free of charge. Contact us at [email protected] to report any issues.
Betta Fish Shipping.
Fish are shipped on Mondays only by usps priority mail. Mailing can sometimes be unpredictable we will always stand by our promise to provide the best service possible. In the unfortunate event your fish does not arrive alive we will require clear pictures within 2 hours of delivery time. A refund will be given for the cost of the fish. Unfortunately cannot send a replacement. Please ensure if you order live animals you will be home to receive them. If a heat or cold pack is needed we will add that free of charge. Do you ship during extreme weather?
We would ask that you do not order live animals if you are experiencing extreme weather conditions below 26f of above 90f. These conditions can be hard on them. If orders are placed during these conditions we reserve the right to hold the order until weather improves.
Do you offer returns on snails of fish?
We don't offer returns. Live animals are a commitment and should be throughly researched before purchasing.
**Dry Good Items returned due to incorrect address or customer details will be refunded minus our shipping costs.

Items ship within 1-2 business days of being ordered. Delivery time is on average 3-5 business days however we cannot predict delays the mail service may have. Shipping is currently unpredictable and delivery times may vary greatly. Shipping after a major holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas can cause much longer delays.
***Orders over $100 may require a signature for delivery.
