The day your snails arrive prepare a small container with an inch of dechlorinated water in it. Allow it to reach room temperature. Carefully remove the snails from the cup and add them to the water. Put the snails at one end of the container. Once they've been in the water for 15-20 minutes they should start to wake up. Sometimes it can take up to several hours. Add some food at the other end of the container. This will usually cause them to wake quicker as they're hungry after their journey. Snails CANNOT be shipped to Hawaii.
